Summer Reading at Russell Library:  Grades 4 and upBeneath the Surface Poster

Beneath the Surface summer reading will challenge kids in grades 4 and up to think outside the box.  Kids will be busy during the summer, reading or listening to books, participating in weekly challenges, and earning raffle tickets!  Sign-up begins Monday, June 17.  Come to the library and find out more about this exciting reading program. Otakus - Anime / Manga Club

Tuesdays, 7:00pm
Ages 11 & up
No registration required

Otakus is Russell Library’s teen group for fans of Anime, Manga and all things Japanese. Meeting twice a month, we view anime shorts, discuss our favorite manga series and explore the culture that has produced such art forms. Food, music, costumes, arts and other expressions of Japan are all parts of Otakus. This is a drop-in program, so come and enjoy the fun!
